Cordoba, the pictureshows
Welcome in Cordoba
Cordoba is a nice town with a beautiful old centre. That is, if you visit it by foot, then cycling means shaking horribly. And cycling costs a lot of energy to avoid accidents since spanish people don't cycle and are therefor not at all used to pay attention to bicycles. Having visited it many times and days during my 6 months stay here this blog shows you Cordoba in several pictureshows. Enjoy !
The Puente de San Rafael is the place were you start your visit best.
An impression of the streets
and of the town in general.
The details are also worth your attention !
The square of the Mezquita cathedral. I decided to not visit the mezquita itself since, although impressive, I don't like this kind of buidlings. I find it rather boring, based at the extreme amount of online pictures. Which makes the entrancefee of €11 to high for me.
Some off the churches. Tip : visit everyone that you find open since they usually are not.
The Plaza Tendillas is quite impessive.
Some of the many parcs, take a break there. Tip : be prepared for that by taking your lunch with you.
The Museo de Bellas Artes
The beautifil handcrafted and handpainted pottery that you find along the streets.
One hot and sunny day, just like all the other days.
Enjoy this beautiful town !
